Happy Independence Day!! Every 4th of July, and memorial day I talk to the kids about freedom and all the people who have helped gain and maintain our freedom. Matthew is finally at an age where he is starting to understand. He remembers going to the cemetery and seeing all the flags on the graves of veterans. It's important to me that my kids are raised to respect and understand the sacrifice that so many people paid and continue to pay to make and keep this nation free!!
This 4th of July we spent with the Deason Family. We swam, ate super good food and watched fireworks! We had a great time!! Thank you to the Deasons for hosting a fun party!!
